01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of the Telur33 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms.

These Terms take effect from the date you first access the platform or register an account, whichever is earlier. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Telur33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes that come into effect.

02 Eligibility to Register and Play

To register and use Telur33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or list of players banned by Telur33.
• The information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and current.
• You are not registering more than one active account at Telur33 at any one time.

Telur33 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

03 Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at Telur33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or valid travel document. The verification process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information in your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to the Telur33 support team promptly.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Telur33 supports a variety of local payment methods including online bank transfers, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the chosen payment method.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting activity before a withdrawal can be made, to prevent misuse of the system.
• Telur33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to security checks. Telur33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

05 Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by Telur33 are subject to wagering requirements as specifically stated in each offer. Players must read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible new player.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period before a bonus can be converted to cash.
• Telur33 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or behavior that goes against the spirit of the promotion.
• Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in all associated accounts being investigated and the bonuses voided.

06 General Game Rules

All games on the Telur33 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair and tamper-proof outcomes. Every player acknowledges that wagering carries the risk of financial loss and that playing is done at their own risk.

• Game results are final once recorded in the system. No appeals against completed game outcomes will be entertained except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, Telur33 will use server records as the definitive reference to determine the status of any wager.
• Players are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities will result in account termination and cancellation of associated wins.

07 Prohibited Player Conduct

Telur33 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:

• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Harassment or threats directed at Telur33 support staff in any form.
• Spreading misleading or false information about Telur33 to the public.

Telur33 works closely with relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen until the investigation is concluded.

08 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Telur33 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Access your account only through the official Telur33 website or app.
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Telur33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's negligence in maintaining their account security.

All official communications from Telur33 will go through the platform's official channels. We will never request your password or sensitive information via email, SMS, or live chat.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Telur33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds, including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified period.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be returned to the player after a review is conducted, subject to applicable bonus terms.

10 Telur33 Limitation of Liability

Telur33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, fully secure, or free from technical errors. However, we are committed to ensuring high uptime and prompt responses to any technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, Telur33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues.
• Game results disputed after being confirmed by the system.
• Financial losses arising from a player's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence.

11 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws

Telur33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any other proceedings are considered.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
